Targeted extra support
DigiSmart has been developed specifically to enable schools to target the children who really need, and will benefit most from, very focused extra support.
The activities have been designed to support and enrich the National Curriculum for children who might otherwise finish Key Stage 2 not having reached Level 4.
DigiSmart most commonly takes place after school. This creates a context where there is time and greater opportunity to focus on what will work with the target group of children, accommodate their various learning styles, give them attention and provide a high emphasis on enjoyment.
