Clear goals for children

Every session has clear goals and requires children to complete a number of practical challenges. Towards the end they assess their progress. Their goals vary from week to week but children have the opportunity to revisit the identified skills more than once. This helps them to realise the extent that they are improving.

As the programme progresses, children develop the confidence and skills to learn more independently. They become able to build upon their strengths and also focus on improving areas of weakness. This is very empowering for them.

“The children are interested in DigiSmart because they achieve and do not get frustrated. It has really captured their imaginations and they have been drawn in by the well-researched activities and topics. The DigiSmart materials are an excellent teaching package.”
